Shipping Policy
① (Shipping Period) Unless a separate agreement exists with the User regarding the supply period of Goods, etc., the "Mall" shall take necessary measures such as custom manufacturing and packaging to ensure that the Goods, etc. can be delivered within 7 days from the date the User placed an order. However, in the case of pre-order products where a separate shipping schedule is announced on the product page, shipping measures will be taken according to that schedule.
② (Combined and Separate Shipments) As a general rule, if an order includes both regular products and pre-order products, all items will be shipped together on the scheduled shipping date of the pre-order product. However, if the User requests separate shipments, they may do so through the "Mall's" customer service. The "Mall" may charge the User for any additional shipping costs incurred from separate shipments.
③ (Shipping Information) The "Mall" shall specify the following for the goods purchased by the User:
1. Delivery Method and Carrier: Domestic delivery is carried out through domestic delivery companies such as CJ Logistics, Logen, and the Post Office. International delivery is carried out through international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and K-packet.
2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary by country and the exact amount can be confirmed at the final checkout stage. Depending on the "Mall's" policy, events may be held to discount or waive shipping fees for purchases over a certain amount, which will be announced in advance.
3. Customs Clearance and Duties
- Shipments to the U.S.A.: For orders under $2,500 USD, shipments will be sent under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) term. This means that the final price paid by the User includes all customs duties and taxes, and the "Mall" is responsible for all customs clearance procedures and costs.
- Shipments to other countries: All shipments to countries other than the U.S.A. are based on the Delivered at Place (DAP) term. Therefore, all customs clearance costs, including import duties and taxes that occur during the delivery process, must be borne by the recipient (the User). Users should check their country's de minimis value and customs tariff rates before making a purchase.
④ (Order Tracking) When shipping begins, the "Mall" will send a shipping notification, including a tracking number, to the User's registered email address or contact number. The User can track the real-time delivery status on the carrier's website using this tracking number.
⑤ (Incorrect Recipient Information) The User is responsible for any delays or returns caused by incorrectly entered recipient information (address, contact number, etc.). If the User wishes to have a returned package re-shipped, the User must bear the costs for the round-trip shipping and any re-shipment fees.
⑥ (Lost Packages) If the tracking system shows 'Delivered' but the User has not received the package, the User should first contact the respective carrier. If the package is confirmed to be lost due to the carrier's fault, the "Mall" will proceed with a re-shipment or refund after consulting with the carrier.
⑦ (Disclaimer for Shipping Delays) The "Mall" shall compensate for damages suffered by the User if the agreed delivery period is exceeded. However, the "Mall" shall not be liable for compensation if it can prove that there was no intention or negligence, such as in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war), delays in customs clearance in the destination country, or incorrect information provided by the User.
