1. How to Request a Return/Refund

Request Period: You may request a withdrawal of subscription (return/refund) within 7 days from the date you receive your product(s), in accordance with the 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」.

Request Method: Please submit your request through 'My Page > Order History' or via our customer service email. Be sure to include your [Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return]. Please note that returns sent without a formal request may be delayed or rejected.
2. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

For Change of Mind: Returns are accepted if the product is unopened and unused, and the request is submitted within 7 days of receipt.

For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product you received is different from its description or advertisement, or is otherwise not as stated in the contract, you may request a return within 3 months of receipt, or within 30 days from the date you knew or could have known the fact.

Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted:

If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the User.

If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the User's use or partial consumption.

If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time, making it difficult to resell.

If the inner packaging (e.g., a sealed pack) of a product containing random items (such as a booster box or pack) has been opened.

In the case of single cards, returns are not accepted for minor scratches or condition issues that can occur during the manufacturing process, except for major defects not previously disclosed by the "Mall" (e.g., tears).
3. Cost Responsibility

For Returns Due to Change of Mind:

The User is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.

The initial shipping fee paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded. The final refund amount may be the [Total Product Price - Round-trip Shipping Costs]. (If you received free shipping, the round-trip shipping cost, including the initial fee, will be deducted.)

For Returns Due to Defective or Incorrect Items:

The "Mall" will cover all shipping costs associated with the return.
4. Refund Procedure and Timeline

Refund Process: The process is as follows: [Return Request] → [Ship Product] → [Inspection upon Arrival at "Mall"] → [Refund Processed].

Refund Period: The "Mall" will process the refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s). However, please note that due to the nature of international payment systems, it may take additional time for the refund to actually appear in your account, depending on the processing times of payment gateways (PGs) and credit card companies.
5. Exchange Policy

To ensure a smooth process, the "Mall" does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item according to this policy to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
6. Important Notice for International Returns

When returning a product from overseas, you must clearly mark the item as "Return Goods" on the customs declaration form. If any import duties are charged to the "Mall" due to incorrect information on the form, the corresponding amount may be deducted from your refund.
